SpringOut programmers must view screeners, these can be via Youtube; Vimeo; Dropbox; DVD. Please contact us if you use a different share medium. We will never programme films on reviews alone
If selected for our 2014 programme, you must be able to submit your work to be exhibited on DVD or BluRay disc.
Films in languages other than English must be subtitled, unless they can be understood without.
We run an ever-developing programme of events where films are screened – and will contact selected film makers as soon as we can to inform you about screenings. You can submit films throughout the year.
- All submitters must certify that appropriate copyright clearance for public exhibition of the work in the United Kingdom has been obtained.
- By submitting your work to SpringOut, you grant SpringOut a non-exclusive licence to exhibit your work (if selected) theatrically during the 2015 programme. In addition you also grant SpringOut a non-exclusive licence to use an excerpt of your submission up to two minutes in length for promotional purposes.
- It is SpringOut’s policy not to offer comments or reasons for films not selected for the programme.
